Implementation Status of Environmental Protection Facilities

1. Wastewater This project does not generate any additional production wastewater, nor does it add new employees; consequently, there is no increase in domestic wastewater. 2. Waste Gas The fumes and dust produced by the overhead spot welders, projection welders, and gas-shielded welders are collected via exhaust collection systems installed on both sides of the workshop walls, then purified using mobile welding fume extractors. No uncontrolled emissions occur within the workshop. The fumes generated by the welding robots are treated by mobile welding fume purification units, ensuring that no uncontrolled emissions remain in the workshop.

Environmental Impacts of Engineering Construction

The Monitoring Report provided by Shenyang Pugong Testing Technology Co., Ltd. indicates the following: 1. Particulate matter emitted without organized sources complies with the Level II emission limits for new pollution sources specified in Table 2 of the Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants (GB 16297-1996). 2. Noise levels at the project’s plant boundary meet the Class 2 standards stipulated in the Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises (GB 12348-2008). 3. The temporary storage and management of general solid waste comply with the requirements of the Pollution Control Standard for Storage and Disposal Sites of General Industrial Solid Waste (GB 18589-2001) and its subsequent amendments.
