Shenyang Huaxing Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1984 and is a privately owned enterprise integrating stamping, welding, and machining. The company’s headquarters is located on Benjie Street, Jinwutai Zi, Xinmin City, Liaoning Province, with a branch office situated in the BMW Industrial Park of the Shenyang Economic Development Zone, which was built in 2017. The company occupies a total land area of 84,000 square meters, with a building footprint of 47,500 square meters. It currently employs 325 staff members, including 60 technical professionals specializing in product design, validation, process engineering, and quality assurance. In 2022, the company formed a joint venture with Germany’s Gidia Dingelkuss Brothers GmbH, establishing Gidia Automotive Systems (Shenyang) Co., Ltd.—a joint‑venture enterprise that integrates automated welding and other processes. Its primary products include welded assemblies such as automotive anti‑collision beams and CCB components.
